I retired from my role as Director of HR for Center Parcs UK & Ireland Ltd in February 2024 following a career in HR spanning over 30 years and am now freelance offering coaching, mentoring and HR consulting on a part-time basis. I am a Fellow of the CIPD, a member of the ICF and obtained my certificate as a Retirement Life Coach in 2024 so that I could support others in their own retirement journey. I am passionate about retirement and later life wellbeing, and in addition to coaching services I am Vice Chair of Age UK Nottingham and Nottinghamshire where I support the organisation to achieve its aims of providing support and services to enhance the lives of the older and vulnerable people in our communities.
