Today, I specialise in supporting people in their late careers as they prepare for retirement and the opportunities that lie beyond it. I work with organisations, groups and individuals to help them navigate this important transition with greater clarity, confidence and purpose. Earlier in my career, I held leadership and development roles within large organisations across a variety of sectors.

I travelled extensively, spending considerable time in the United States, before going on to establish and run my own businesses. I hold a number of coaching qualifications and have been a part-time Executive Coach at Warwick Business School for more than ten years. Throughout my career, I have coached and developed people of all ages through significant challenges, transitions and opportunities. My approach is collaborative, supportive and practical. I build trusted relationships quickly, helping people explore possibilities, while also asking the difficult questions when needed. I have been married for over 30 years and have two adult sons. Like many people at this stage of life, my wife and I are balancing exciting future possibilities alongside the realities of supporting ageing parents. These experiences continue to shape my understanding of the opportunities and complexities that accompany later life. As someone navigating many of these same life transitions myself, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work.
